289. How to Avoid Losing Marks: Language

Description

Some students perform well in calculation questions, but find questions requiring them to demonstrate understanding or involving description or explanation more difficult. This Physics Factsheet is based on criticisms from examiners from previous papers, and aims to help students avoid the pitfalls of incorrect or inaccurate language by giving examples of typical errors and showing why marks were lost.
