This Article provides a background of the Rio Earth Summit and the key decisions made at the Summit in 1992. Discusses considerations that went into Agenda 21 as a product of 1992 Summit. Outlines the key outcomes of the assessment during the Rio +20. Explores how the focus and decisions changed at the Rio +20 as a result of the Rio Earth Summit 1992.
