Description

Carbon fieldwork for the NEA provides a rich seam of ideas and can allow students to move away from the more familiar topics linked to coasts and urban fieldwork. There are a number of ideas, some involving physical systems, other more perception-focused. The carbon topics also provides good opportunities for individuality through both research and fieldwork.

This Geography Factsheet will give details of some of these approaches, providing a practice toolkit to get the students started, before going further with their own individual fieldwork research and enquiry development.
