Description

The focus of this Psychology Factsheet is to explore Kohlberg’s cognitive theory of gender development. There are keywords highlighted throughout the text and their definitions can be found in the glossary at the end of the Factsheet. The examiner will expect you to be able to:
Describe Kohlberg’s theory of gender development, with reference to gender identity, gender stability and gender constancy.
• Describe and evaluate evidence to support/refute Kohlberg’s theory.
