This Geo Factsheet helps students to update their case studies of volcanic hazards. Using a framework of causes, impacts, and responses, it explores four very contrasting volcanic eruptions; Mt Nyiragongo, Fagradalsfjall in Iceland, La Palma, and most recently Tonga.
