This Psychology Factsheet examines the use of restorative justice as a way of modifying the behaviour of people who have shown criminal behaviour. It contains information about the aims of restorative justice programmes, how it is put into practice, its strengths and limitations and ethical issues which arise from its use. The Factsheet includes Exam Hints, and the worksheet gives you the opportunity to apply what you have learned to exam-style questions. Words in bold are explained in the glossary and there is a reference list at the end.
