157. Juries and Decision Making

Description

This Psychology Factsheet outlines a range of factors that could influence the decisions made by jury members. It will focus on both factors within the courtroom while evidence is being given e.g. characteristics of the defendant, and afterwards in the jury room e.g. minority influence and majority influence.
