327. Tackling Exam Questions: Graphs

Description

To succeed in this topic, you need to:

  • Be familiar with using and drawing graphs to present data.
  • Be familiar with the use of graphs in chemistry investigations, for example: reactions rates, energetics and acid-base titrations.
  • Be familiar with assessed components of practical-based investigations and examination questions.

After working through this Chemistry Factsheet, you will:

  • Be able to correctly complete the key assessed components when drawing graphs.
  • Be aware of the different types of graphs used in chemistry to present and analyse measured data.
  • Be able to correctly analysing graphs, for example: calculating gradients, drawing tangents and extrapolating data.
