317. Genotype, Environment and Phenotype

Description

This Biology Factsheet will examine how:
• The genotypes of organisms describe their genetic make-up in terms of the alleles that they contain. These alleles contribute to genetic variation.
• The environment in which organisms develop also contributes to variation.
• The phenotypes of organisms are the characteristics that result from interaction between genotype and environment.
